useful in so many ways. Just losing a few pounds is worth in diabetic
condition.
Tip.4: - Selection of right food is very important because in
diabetes you have to avoid so many type of eating products such as
cookies, cake, ice creams, white flour, white sugar, soft drinks and
some kind of vegetables for example:- potatoes. Some useful foods like
orange, apple and almonds are helpful in diabetes. All of them have
high concentration of omega 3's fatty acids which is very useful for
healthy heart and heart is main target organ damage in diabetes.
So consider about these natural ways for control diabetes, you should
not worry about side effects
